    What You Are Seeing

    • Every call opens the same way: the business’s name, that this is an AI assistant, and that the call is recorded and transcribed so the owner can follow up.
    • It asks one question at a time, reads the callback number back to check it, and repeats the details before it says goodbye.
    • A leak or storm damage is marked urgent, and the email says URGENT in the subject. If anyone is in danger, it tells the caller to hang up and call 911 first.
    • It answers only from the facts the owner gives it. It never quotes a price, never books a time, never transfers the call and never promises when someone will come out.
    • Sales calls get a polite no, and no details about the business or the owner.

What You Receive as a Client

    • An assistant that answers your calls as your business whenever you don’t pick up. Your phone forwards the calls you miss, so your regulars still reach you first.
    • An email for every call, with the caller’s name, number, address, what they need and how urgent it is. Text alerts can be added once phone-carrier approval is granted.
    • Answers drawn from the facts you give me: your services, the towns you cover, your hours and how you handle emergencies.
    • Changes to its answers whenever you email or text me, a test call every month and a monthly summary of calls.
    • Nothing to install and nothing to log in to.

The receptionist works on its own or with a Balch Web website. Its setup fee and monthly fee are listed with the other prices on the home page.
