See the Follow‑Ups Work for You
Four automations that run in the background: a text back to a caller you missed, every new lead sent straight to you, a review request after each job, and a reminder about quotes nobody has answered. Here is what each one sends, word for word.
Demo Roofing Co., its owner Dave and the customers are made up. The messages are the wording these automations use, filled in with sample details.
Missed-Call Text Back
A caller who reaches voicemail may try the next roofer on Google instead. This gives them a reason to wait for you.
- Dave is on a roof and misses a call.
- The caller hears a short message offering a text, and presses 1.
- They get one text from the business line saying Dave will call back.
- Dave gets an email about the call either way, so no missed call slips by.
A text goes only to someone who just called and pressed 1, once. Texts start after the phone carriers approve the business line, which takes one to three weeks; until then Dave still gets the email for every missed call.

New-Lead Alerts
A lead that sits in an inbox overnight goes cold. Every one reaches Dave the moment it arrives.
- Someone fills in the estimate form on the website, or leaves details with the chat agent or the phone receptionist.
- Dave gets an email with everything in one place, marked URGENT when it is.
- The lead is added as a row to the lead sheet, so nothing gets lost.
Text alerts to Dave’s phone can be added once phone-carrier approval is granted.

Review Requests
Happy customers mean to leave a review and forget. A short thank-you with the link, sent at the right time, gets it done.
- Dave marks a job finished.
- The next morning, the customer gets a thank-you with the link to Dave’s Google reviews.
- Replies go straight to Dave.
Every customer gets the same request, never only the happy ones, and nothing is offered in return for a review. A text instead of an email needs the customer’s OK and carrier approval.

Quote Reminders
A quote with no answer is often a job someone else will win. A nudge at the right time gets Dave back on the phone.
- Dave sends a quote.
- If nobody has answered after three days, Dave gets a reminder by email with the customer’s details.
- The reminder names the job and when the quote went out, so the call takes a minute.
The wait before a reminder is set to suit each business.

What You Receive as a Client
- All four automations, set up with your business name, your email and your Google review link.
- Every lead and missed call by email the moment it happens, and a lead sheet that keeps itself up to date.
- Changes whenever you email or text me, a test every month and a monthly summary of leads.
- Nothing to install and nothing to log in to. It works alongside the phone receptionist, the chat agent, or a website form.
The automations work on their own, with the phone receptionist or chat agent, or with a Balch Web website. Their setup fee and monthly fee are listed with the other prices on the home page.
